Sales Assistant
Primary Role Accountabilities:

Fibre to the Home:
- Account Management
- Assist with the on-boarding of new clients
- Quote on VOIP and number porting
- Project Manage entire installation process – from new sign-up to courier of preconfigured hardware to client.

ADSL:
- Creation of new ADSL accounts via Internet Solutions and Billing Portal
- Migrate, convert, regrade and cancellation of ADSL lines via Openserve

SSL Certificates and Domains:
- Check availability of domains
- Quote on new SSL Certificates and domain Hosting
- Inform and quote existing clients on upcoming renewals
- Forward signed addenda to Helpdesk to register/renew accordingly.

Cancellation process:
- Capture Churn on CRM (Spacebar)
- Cancel accounts on billing system and Vendor portals
- Assist Sales Manager with Churn Reports

Pre-Sales / Sales Assistant to Business Account Managers:
- Conduct feasibility from Vendors for new Business
- Assist Account Managers with administrative duties i.e. quotations for Metro Ethernet, MSA Agreements, Microwave Links, ADSL, PRTG, etc.
- Assist with Prospect Search and assign new Leads

Tenders:
- Capture and manage New Tenders on CRM System
- Conduct Bulk feasibility required for each Tender

Ad hoc Duties:
- Minute taking in Sales Meetings
- Adding and Updating products on CRM System
- Assigning new projects to Project Team to action
- Responding, assigning and closing of tickets on OTRS
- Add new client codes on Billing System
Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Matric or Grade 12 Essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- At least 3 years’ experience of prioritising and working to deadlines
- Excel and Word experience an advantage
- Good communication skills essential
- Energetic, precise and a quick learner
