Growth
We are growing really quickly thanks to all of your on-going support. We now have 15 staff and are looking for more. The company grew turnover 40% last year and we expect the same again this year. Thanks again for all of your orders. We are strongly aligned to Hewlett Packard and Acer and have worked hard to achieve our HP Procurve networking qualifications. New General Manager
After many hard fought negotiations, I have managed to convince my wife Leslie to join eNetworks. She has joined us in the capacity of General Manager and will take over the day to day running of the company. I wish Leslie the best of luck with eNetworks. Dedicated ADSL operations person
We have also brought a dedicated ADSL person onboard – Shaheed Leeman. He is the one who studies the ADSL logs all day – and has the fantastic job of dealing with Telkom! Though thanks to him we are able to maintain very high uptimes. One of our clients who has 60 ADSL sites spread all over the country (some very remote) had a 98.12% uptime in April. We are constantly working to improve on this. We monitor your line and when we see there are problems we report them to Telkom so they can be fixed, often before you even realize they are faulty. I don’t believe there is any other ISP in the country doing this right now.
Remote Backup Services
Our remote back-up services have proven very valuable. Contact us today to see how you can back up critical server data overnight while your line is quiet. All data is compressed and encrypted so it is very safe. This is a very well priced service that could literally save your company one day. Don’t take chances hoping staff are remembering off-site back-ups; let them happen automatically.
